Stayed here for my birthday trip and it has been amazing! Has all the amenities that were listed and was very clean when I arrived. The apartment is SUPER nice.. especially the views. You can see the beach and Cuzumel island and capture the perfect sunrise picture all from the balcony! The location is literally steps away from the best restaurants and night clubs on 5th avenue. I’ll definitely stay here or book again when I come back to Playa Del Carmen!
Our stay at Marco’s place was nothing less than 5 stars. It’s a beautiful building and complex with all the amenities you could ever want/need. Including 24 hour security and amazing services. The location is perfect. It’s only a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 2 minute walk to the beautiful 5th Av. It’s far enough from the night life so that it’s quiet at night but close enough to the strip where you can walk to/from anywhere you need. The amount of restaurants in the area is almost overwhelming. The only issue you’ll have is trying to decide where you wanna go. On top of that, there’s also multiple convenience stores and pharmacies within 2 minute walking distance in case you need something in short notice. It’s truly everything we could’ve asked for and more. If you’re considering Marco’s place for your trip to playa - book now! You won’t regret it!
This place is everything you’re hoping for a more! Super clean, separate master bedrooms, super strong AC, jungle views from the top balcony, and your own private pool. There is a little smoothie/fruit bowl stand right in the front lobby, and a short 5 min drive to all the amazing restaurants, bars, and shopping in Downtown Tulum. The area feels safe, only warning I’d give is make sure your vehicle is equipped for rough roads with extreme potholes. The roads around the place have been damaged over the years but it’s nothing to shy away from. I would love to stay here anytime I have the opportunity. Wi-Fi is strong in all areas if that is important. 10/10 would recommend.
